Specific Attributes

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Executive to manage our online presence and drive sales for our consumer electronics products. As an E-commerce Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies, managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Manage our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, and inventory management.
  • Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion, including product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance, trends, and opportunities for management review.

 

Experience

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with website management tools, content management systems (CMS), and product information management (PIM) systems.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
