Job Specification:

• Modern Trade (including Bhatbhateni) sales target achievement, merchandising, reports generation and team handling.
• Planning, implementing and executing new business initiatives.
• Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Developing proposal, sales pitch, presentations and quotes for existing and prospective clients.

• Soft Skills- Good Communication, Hard-working and utmost Integrity.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Thinking strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Increasing the value of current customers while identifying potential customers.
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Serve customers by selling products in the market
• Provide customers with information about our products
• Check for stocks at dealers
• Should submit daily activity and results
• Gather information on pricing, products, and new products available in the market
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product details
• Should focus sales efforts by studying potential volume of dealers
• Should develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Experience

Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience (preferably Modern Trade). 

Education

Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field.
