As a Spa Therapist, will be responsible for delivering a range of treatments and services that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Primary focus will be on delivering high-quality therapies while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a clean and tranquil spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs, according to established protocols and client preferences.
• Assess clients' individual needs and preferences to customize treatments and provide personalized recommendations for ongoing care and home care regimens.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting spa environment, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and common spaces, in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Adhere to all sanitation and hygiene protocols, including proper disinfection of equipment, linens, and tools, to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about the benefits of different treatments, products, and techniques, and promote spa services and retail products to enhance their overall experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa visit.
• Keep accurate records of client consultations, treatment notes, product usage, and inventory levels, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new techniques, and product developments through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other spa team members to create a harmonious and supportive work environment, and contribute to a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer service at all times, representing the spa and its brand with integrity and excellence.

Experience

1-2 years experience in Spa Therapist.

Education

Bachelors running.
