Seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our cosmetic retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cosmetics, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and motivate sales staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to provide product recommendations and enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service from knowledgeable staff.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Place orders with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels.

Staff Supervision and Training:

  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to support their professional development and growth.
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Oversee store layout and visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Ensure that displays are organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing to showcase products effectively.
  • Update displays and promotional signage regularly to highlight new products and promotions.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor expenses and manage budgets to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and revenue-generating strategies to maximize store profitability.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
