Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal staff utilization.
• Monitor inventory levels and order salon supplies as needed.

Staff Management:

• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage employee work schedules.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.

Financial Management:

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Implement strategies to increase salon profitability.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest beauty and salon products.
• Train staff on new products and techniques.
• Promote retail sales of beauty and hair care products.

Experience

1 - 3 years  in management role

Education

Bachelors preferred
