Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for our cosmetic products.
Online Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative online sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales revenue through various digital channels.
Marketing Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive consumer engagement. This includes overseeing digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
Product Launches and Promotions: Coordinate product launches and promotional activities to generate excitement and drive sales. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional offers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and support.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences through market research and analysis. Use insights to identify new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
Sales Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear objectives and performance targets. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, marketing ROI, and KPIs to track progress against goals. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate results and recommendations.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the cosmetics industry, with a proven track record of success
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred
