Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and effectively communicate information about products or services to customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
• Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and promotions.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve overall store objectives.

Experience

1 Year experience in showroom sales

Education

Bachelor's degree running business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
