We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile and garment production, coupled with exceptional leadership and management skills. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery of products.

Salary

35- 50k + Accomodation Facility inside Factory

Responsibilities

Production Management:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and quality standards.
• Monitor daily production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize production processes.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure garments meet specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to maintain high-quality standards.
• Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control and stock levels to meet production demands.
• Develop inventory management strategies to minimize waste and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
  Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular production reports, performance metrics  for management.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and documentation.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager in a garment manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of textile and garment production processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
