Responsibilities

• Develop good relationships and communication with Government Departments and Ministries. 
• Facilitate interaction with government and local authorities 
• Develop new methodologies to improve the liaison processes. 
• Ensure regular meetings with various government officials at central, province and district level are held during project planning and implementation, including DPAC and CPAC meetings.
• Coordinate and correspondence with government bodies on matters that include but are not limited to OCR, IRD, NOCs, permits, project agreements, project amendments, custom, tax certificates and meetings. 
•  
• Develop, amend and ensure strict implementation of the personnel policy and programs within the organization.
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Perform staffing duties such as dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
