Requirements:

• Excellent English and Nepali - both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proven sales experience
• Firm grasp of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.)
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Monitors and responds to direct messages, comments, and tagged media across various social media platforms while following community guidelines of each platform
• Collects user generated content and stores them in the appropriate drive folders
• Collects, documents, and relays information on customer complaints
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

1 - 2 years of experience in  similar

Education

Bachelors preferred
