As a Regional Smartphone Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team and operations related to smartphone sales. You will develop and execute strategies to drive smartphone sales, meet revenue targets, and maintain strong customer relationships. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure effective sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the smartphone industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Development and implement sales strategies to promote and sell smartphones in the designated market.
  2. Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed them.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, and key partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Provide product knowledge and training to the sales team to enhance their understanding of smartphone features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  6. Ensure the availability of an adequate inventory of smartphones to meet customer demands and minimize stock outs.
  7. Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
  8. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.
  9. Stay updated with the last advancements and trends in the smartphone industry and communicate relevant information to the sales team.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor the sales team to improve their skills and productivity.
  11. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Other duties as assigned by immediate Head of Department.

Experience

5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the smartphone industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in BBA, marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
