Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Machines and tools requirement detailing and arrangement of same on lease, hire or purchase. Related costs of lease or purchase.
• Customer certification for final invoicing.
• Represent company for technical discussions. Establish eligibility criteria.
• Perform complete service installation and engineering support to customers
• Assess and analyse a prospects current process and requirements.
• Develop knowledge of competitors products, prices and service.
