Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Nepalgunj Hq.

Job Purpose:
To maximize the sales of the company with excellent customer service within the existing customers and getting the new leads for the growth.

Note:

• Candidate should have own bike and license.
• Should have working knowledge of Excel.
• Should have good in written and spoken English.
• Should be Team Player and Team Leader
• Should be a leader and decision Maker

Headquarter Town- Birgunj or Janakpur (based on suitability)

Annual Package: NPR 11 Lacs to NPR 13 Lacs

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor

• Responsible for ensuring implementation and awareness of company's policies and reducing Outstanding

• 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory

• Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within Nepal

• Responsible for distributor stock movement and rotation

• Market, competition analysis

• ROI Calculation

• Driving and Achieving Secondary and Primary Sales, Main Category

• Looking after Distributor and Market Management.

• Ensuring optimum sales coverage implementation and execution.

• Conduct workshops or attend training sessions in regular intervals beyond office house

• Provide daily work reports on Sales, Payment & Market-related issues

• Provide weekly reports as directed by the management

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Experience

5 Years + in FMCG Sales

Education

Graduate with FMCG experience
