Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring / maintaining overall Quality activities as per guidelines, QA plans, SOP etc for plant.
  2. Conduct performance audit of vendors, packaging suppliers and CC regularly.
  3. Planning along with other departments on achieving the company goals and strategize the same with marketing department.
  4. Reviewing the progress every month with sales team and guide them on future achievement.
  5.  Analyzing sales reports and taking necessary action on the same in discussion with directors.
  6. Appointing distributors as per the criteria
  7.  Visiting the market and identifying the gaps in the market and taking the necessary actions to full fill the gaps in the market
  8. Must be responsible complete market growth
  9. Need to update day to day activities happening in the market
  10. Need to be aware of competitor activities and need to submit reports to the directors on competitor activities and strategies implemented by competitor.
  11. Formulate, direct and co-ordinate marketing activities and policies to promote and services, working with advertising and promotion Managers
  12. Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and Mark-up factors.
  13. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  14. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  15. Compile lists describing products and direct Marketing Staff on target achievement on each product.
  16. Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.
  17. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  18. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.
  19. Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of periodical targets.
  20. Devising & implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products.

 

Experience

5 - 8 Years in Dairy or FMCG Industry

Education

Masters in Business Administration or similar
