Area cover :

     1. East - Itahari to Ilam ;

     2. Mid-east Hetauda/Birganj to Janakpur ;

     3. Mid - Narayanghat to Butwal/Bhairahwa/Dang ;

     4. West - Nepalganj - Mahendranagar ;

     5. Pokhara - Pokhara & adjoining area  

Working Time: 10 AM to 7 PM

Package :  Salary + Incentive ( 35K upto 50K )

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor

• Responsible for ensuring implementation and awareness of company's policies and reducing Outstanding

• 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory

• Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within Nepal

• Responsible for distributor stock movement and rotation

• Market, competition analysis

• ROI Calculation

• Driving and Achieving Secondary and Primary Sales, Main Category

• Looking after Distributor and Market Management.

• Ensuring optimum sales coverage implementation and execution.

• Conduct workshops or attend training sessions in regular intervals beyond office house

• Provide daily work reports on Sales, Payment & Market-related issues

• Provide weekly reports as directed by the management

• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort

Experience

5 years & above into metals Or from FMCG / Pharma background
