Job Specification:

• Should be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
• Must have good interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relations with the customers
• Must be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven
• Should be proficient in the use of Nepali & English language – both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through telephone / email / social media.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing the company products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Experience

1 - 2 years or above in customer service

Education

Bachelors Cleared or above preferred
