Job Title: Sales Officer
Job Purpose:
To maximize the sales of the company with excellent customer service within the existing customers and getting the new leads for the growth.
Note:
Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor
Responsible for bakery conversions as per plan in the stipulated time
Responsible for ensuring implementation and awareness of company's policies and reducing Outstanding
100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory
Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within Nepal
Arranging for demonstrations at customer sites in conjunction with chef
Responsible for distributor stock movement and rotation
Market, competition analysis
Driving and Achieving Secondary and Primary Sales, Main Category
Looking after Distributor and Market Management.
Ensuring optimum sales coverage implementation and execution.
Attend work during off hours on beyond average work pressure
Conduct workshops or attend training sessions in regular intervals beyond office house
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and updating the account information of customers regularly
Provide daily work reports on Sales, Payment & Market-related issues
Provide weekly reports as directed by the management
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Key Performance Indicators:
New SKU Introduction
New Customer Addition
Regular business from existing customers billing
Payment Collection for sales made
Reports as per formats stipulated by ASM for customer mapp
2-4 years of work experience in sales related role.
