Job Specification:

• Should be proficient in the use of Nepali and english language – both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Consult with department heads to plan a sales target, branding, placement etc
• Visit retailer on daily basis for product order, display management and increasing sales by product placement
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales / marketing of the different products
• Planning marketing & sales activities
• Leading, supervising and delegating the team members to achieve the targets
• Conducting meeting with clients and communicating the company’s offerings
• Helping address feedback and queries and being a trusted companion towards the clients

Experience

3 yrs experience in sales in any field, preferbaly hardware/steel/cement related

Education

Bachelors / Intermediate
