To maximize the sales of the company with excellent customer service within the existing customers and getting the new leads for the growth.

Job Location: Bhairahawa, Butwal and narayanghat

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor
  • Responsible for bakery conversions as per plan in the stipulated time
  • Responsible for ensuring implementation and awareness of company's policies and reducing outstanding
  • 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory
  • Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within the assigned territory
  • Arranging for demonstrations at customer sites in conjunction with chef
  • Responsible for distributor stock movement and rotation 
  • Market, competition analysis
  • Driving and Achieving Secondary and Primary Sales, Main Category-Bakery Shortenings & margarines
  • Looking after Distributor and Market Management.
  • Ensuring optimum sales coverage implementation and execution.
  • Driving and Executing initiatives and policies within the assigned territory
