Responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day counseling to the students and assist them for the documentation.
2. Liaise with the Asst. Counselor & documentation officer (if any) to operate the work smoothly. For e.g. interview preparation of students, per departure and post departure guidance etc.
3. Maintain Official Communication with USA Institutions to facilitate the offer letters/ Fees Receipt/ Visa/Travel/ Airport-pick-up/accommodation etc of the students
4. Plan & execute with precise effort in escalating the visa chances for the applicants to meet company target & facilitate our USA  Department.
5.  Make a plan to execute the seminars in all company offices along with our business associates premises as required.
6. Ensure that all the relevant documents and record are properly stored & updated in our software.
7. Ensure all the USA staff from all offices are aware and up to date of changes of USA policies from time to time.
8. Maintain regular communication with the USA Institutions & offices via email, telephone or by personal meeting.
9. Maintain direct communication with HOD for the ongoing developments and improvements where necessary.
10. Maintain a healthy relation with Founder & CEO to Facilitate verbal interaction and planning regarding any management issues and submit the monthly report to the Founder & CEO of KEF via HOD.
11. Create the communication thread for the students e.g., newsletter, post, to all consulted students that serves as a post counseling information and follow up.

Experience

2 to 3 years of experience in related field

Education

Bachelor's / Master's Degree
