Job Purpose:
To maximize the sales of the company with excellent customer service within the existing customers and getting the new leads for the growth.
Responsible for complete order processing of Sarawagi Group and ensure smooth functioning of orders
Reporting to : Director
Call Centre and Order processing Related
Track and monitor large customers (above 25.0 lacs turnover) sales across Nepal (except Kathmandu customers) for regular feedback, focus on lost customers and new lead generation.
Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified.
Ability to introduce new products to old and new customers by mail / call. Add new customers / products every month.
Reaching out to customers – existing and potential on Insta/Facebook/Gmail/SMS daily.
Provide necessary support to on-field sales agents through sharing documents, data that might be needed such as price, product availability etc.
Take Sample feedback for each product sampled to respective customers to be given to Sampling dept.
Problem addressing of each customer either through agent visit or coordination in office.
To maintain helpline services & assist clients & ensure to avoid delay in communication.
Should be ready to attend any session with visiting technical peoples at off hours.
Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing products that meet their solution.
Assist agents to achieve monthly targets & report data on daily, weekly, monthly basis to Manager.
Order processing – Ensure a smooth processing of orders received with order rationalization, payment followup and smooth billing.
Debit note credit note for all sales returns and ensuring entry verification in VAT and Internal accounts.
Outstation dispatches for all orders outside Kathmandu to be coordinated, managed and dispatched accordingly, ensure full information to party and respective agent.
Daily Payment Tracker – To be made on a daily basis along with followup dates tracks to be created and tracked.
