Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving and achieving Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Primary and Secondary and Sales volume Targets
  • Responsible for Coverage expansion by enlisting new retailers and reaching out to them by restructuring beats and routing through distributor
  • Responsible for customer conversions as per plan in the stipulated time
  • Responsible for ensuring implementation and awareness of company's policies and reducing outstanding
  • 100% compliance of Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory
  • Building relationship with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives within Nepal
  • Market, competition analysis

Experience

Eligibility:

  • 3 - 5 years of  sales experience
  • Sales experience in Chocolate business preferred

 

 

 

Education

Bachelors / Masters in Business Management / Administration
