We have been operating in waste management and composting for the last 8 years. We are one of the largest recycling companies in Nepal and the biggest producer of organic fertilizers.The company has a small sales team consisting of the sales manager and one sales officer. The sales manager should meet companies revenue targets through the activities of the sales team. The sales manager is responsible for companies main revenue engine. The sales manager creates and maintains a high performance sales teams, and leads the sales officers to increase sales and meet customer needs. The sales manager has to be proactive, someone who takes its responsibility and who is able to identify new business opportunities and act on this. Experience in the agri sector is a pro, affinity with our vision to contribute to the transition to sustainable agriculture is a must. Our product portfolio contains compost and liquid fertilizer and we aim to expand this with other agricultural products.
The sales manager is reporting to the managing director. Our office and factory is in Khokana, Laltipur.
We provide a basic salary of 30,000 NPR and a very attractive performance based incentive package.
