Responsibilities

• Responsible for Channel Sales (Distribution & Retailer) network, Kathmandu being the headquarter.
• Create new distributor and help distributor increase retailers in the area.
• Look after Modern and Off Trade
• Guide & Motivate the entire Sales Team
• Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments with distributor and retailer
• Promoting new products and any special deals
• Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
• Training Sales people

Experience

Atleast 5 years+ experience in field sales of fmcg

Education

Bachelors preferred, but not compulsory
