We are looking for a smart individual to join our Multi Brand Home Appliance division as a Sales Head

Responsibilities

• Dealer / Retailer Management
• Work on measures to increase the market share
• Come up new ideas, plan it and implement it 
• Support the sales Team under you
• Get the sales report of different areas, analysis it and make different  strategies accordingly
• Train junior sales staff
• Have a regular field visit and analysis the brand current position in the market
• Coordinate with Marketing and Branding team
• Make report and present it to the seniors

Experience

Having 5+ Experience in Sales field ( preferred from electronics sector)

Education

Bachelor/ Masters
