 The Skin Therapist is responsible for providing professional skincare consultations and treatments while ensuring a high standard of customer care. The role includes performing facial treatments, skin analysis, recommending suitable products, and maintaining treatment hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skin consultations and analyze clients' skin concerns and needs.
• Perform facial treatments, clean-ups, exfoliation, hydration, and other skincare services as per salon protocols.
• Recommend suitable skincare treatments and homecare products based on client needs.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and treatment aftercare.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout treatments.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and progress notes.
• Assist in achieving service and retail sales targets through professional product recommendations.
• Stay updated on skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Support promotional activities, events, and client engagement initiatives when required.
• Follow all salon policies, operational procedures, and professional standards.

Experience

• Knowledge of different skin types, skin conditions, and skincare products.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Education

* Certification or training in skincare, aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.
