Job Opening: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Dillibazar, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to take full ownership of our digital storytelling and online brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and has a deep understanding of how to grow and engage communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
  • Creative mindset with strong execution ability
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (launches, offers, seasonal, in-store activations)

  • Create monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and product focus

  • Develop campaign ideas, hooks, and content direction

  • Manage daily social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

  • Write captions, plan reels, and ensure consistent posting

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement

  • Coordinate content shoots (products, influencers, salon/store content)

  • Work with designers, videographers, and influencers for execution

  • Ensure all content is high-quality and brand-aligned

  • Handle influencer collaborations, PR seeding, and partnerships

  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns and events

  • Align online campaigns with in-store/offline activities

  • Support product launches, offers, and promotional pushes

  • Track performance (reach, engagement, growth, basic sales impact)

  • Optimize content and campaigns based on insights and trends

  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging

Experience

1+ year experience managing social media for a brand or business.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
