Job Title: Sales Officer – Sweets Division

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell our range of sweets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with retailers/distributors, and ensuring product visibility in the market.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell sweets products to wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

• Identify and visit potential clients to expand the customer base.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team.

• Maintain market intelligence by collecting competitor data and customer feedback.

• Execute promotional campaigns and product sampling activities.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and records.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.

Experience

2 Years experience in FMCG or sweets/confectionery sales is preferred.

Education

+2 or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
