Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Kathmandu. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content for various social media platforms. They will develop and implement content strategies, monitor performance metrics, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance brand presence. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and engaging with the online community to build relationships with the audience.

Skills Required

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Content Management 
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Video-editing Skills
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
• Time-management skills
• Familiarity with SEO
• Proficiency in content creation including Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Storytelling
• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, and Scheduling tools
• Design skills for creating visually engaging multimedia content including familiarity with Graphic Design tools
• Understanding of Analytics and Insights to measure and enhance content performance
• Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing
• Photography or Videography skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Research Beauty / Cosmetic industry-related topics
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Make Viseos for Social Media and Publish
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
• Update our websites as needed

Experience

2 Years or above experience in content creating fields

Education

Bachelors in Marketing or similar
