• Good knowledge in supervising the civil & interior activities specially in hotels
• Detailing & sketching of joinery
• Making BOQ from the drawings
• Measurement / Bill checking & certification of vendors
• Monitoring & follow up for purchase
• Knowledge in scheduling of activities, delivery and resources
• Keeping control on Store inventory

Experience

6 to 8 years in Civil Sector (preferably from hotel background)

Education

Bachelors / Masters in Civil Engineering
