Timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 (+2 meals a day; service tips)

Requirements:

• Should have pleasant personality 
• Fluent in English and Nepali communication
• Good in computer

Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare computerised billing
• Receive payment by cash, cards
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Phone call handling
• Guest Handling
• Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

Experience

1 year + in cash handling (candidates having exposure of hospitality line would be preferred)
