Job Specification:

• General Skills:
  1. Communications Skills (English) – reading, speaking & writing
  2. Pleasing personality
• Technical Skills:
  1. MS Office – Excel and Word
  2. Email writing
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
• Sound knowledge of domestic travel trends
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales of Tour Products (local Kathmandu and other cities in Nepal) from Travel Desks located in Five Star Hotels in Kathmandu
• Responsible for Travel Desk Manning and Administrative duties
• Responsible for vehicle and driver logistics, verification of vendor billings and billings to the clients
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

Experience

2 - 4 years of experiece as a travel - sales agent 

Education

Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
