Responsibilities

• To achieve cost effective and smooth management of finances
• To comply with NRB Regulations
• To ensure proper accounting system is in place and followed
• Directors Report and its annexures and other compliance reports ( non financial ) ready. 
• To ensure timely preparation of MIS and statutory financial statements
• Monthly , Quarterly and Annual Direct tax compliance
• Forex Review and strategy , Derivatives booking documentation
• Business analytics 
• Other duties 

Experience

4-6 years experience, candidates having banking exposure would be preferred
