Responsibilities

• Execution, Service Operations, Installation & Commissioning Manpower Planning etc.
• Responsible for achieving business results for allocated Customers, Area, product line etc. as per the Business Plan.
• Preparation of Business Plan, Sales Forecast, Sales & Marketing Activity Plan & Reports and timely execution & effective implementation of the same.
• Educate customers on latest developments and to participate, co-ordinate & follow-up periodically for Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Plan & carry out Sales visits for promoting & creating awareness for Products in the market
• To look after the tenders and their documentation along with negotiation of technical and commercial terms and conditions and finalization of the deals.
• To look after the marketing of new products and coordination for participation of the company in any exhibition.
• Adept in ensuring delivery of high quality services to support customer's business needs & achieving continued high customer satisfaction from all operational users for services
• Deft in developing project baselines while monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
• Instrumental in carrying out installation, inspection and operations occurring on board erection and commissioning of newly procured / in digenously developed engineering equipment.
• Skilled in planning, executing and managing projects involving contract administration in compliance to quality and standards
• Effective communicator, negotiator, proactive learner with strong analytical problem solving and organizational abilities

Experience

• A result oriented professional with 3-7 years of experience in VRF / HVAC Project management
• Experience in handling the General Industry Segment, HVAC System, Fire Fighting System, Boiler feed application, etc.

Education

Bachelors / Masters in Air Conditioning
