Products:

Responsibilities

• Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
• Selecting and Hiring Appropriate Vendors and Agency.
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Creating an annual marketing budget and media plan.
• Overseeing the company’s marketing budget in line with the Agencies and Vendors.
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and related department including Vendors, Agencies Hired.
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
•  Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications to the management
• Brand Audit.
• Visiting the market regularly and getting updates on the efficiency of our marketing efforts and comparing the marketing activities done by competitors.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Innovating and coming up with new and fresh ideas for the Nepalese market. 

Experience

4 - 8 years in marketing / branding

Education

Bachelors / Masters (preferred)
