The key role of the HR/Operations manager shall be to improve the HR/operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission - better services, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. He/ She should be open minded and possess excellent people and communication skills. He/ She should be self motivated and innovative in terms of managing the entire personnel of the organization.
