| Major Responsibilities: |
To inform customer whenever it is not possible to arrange technicians, incase commitment is done with customer.
To monitor reports of technicians carefully & guide them suitably to improve the quality of reports.
To see that technicians visit to customer is more professional & service manager also to meet sensitive customers on priority.
Customer communication on maintenance practices and shortfall observed during the engineer visits.
Taking feedback form the customer about the service deliverables.
Periodic meetings with OEM, A_GOEM , cellular operators.
Reporting to dealership and KOEL as per schedule.
To conduct service camps & customer training program area wise (pocket wise) and get maximum mileage out of it depending upon market condition and customer needs
