Project was properly supervised for Environmental protection and Socio economic stability. Land was acquired and compensated which belongs to the local community. Road was designed by using a Civil Cad Software.

Urban planning and development project (Local Area Plan for) undergone at Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, funded by Asian Development Bank.
During Project, Assisted to Senior Infrastructure Engineer in assessment of existing infrastructure facilities of Kathmandu Valley Core Area. (Roads and Access, Traffic Management, Sewerage, Solid Waste Management etc.)
Economic survey was carried out with the detailed questionnaire through out the selected area. Statistical Analysis of Household Survey Data using Computer Access Database. Assistance to Team Leader and Urban Planner in all matters of project work.
Key Achievements:
Urban planning as a cooperative integrated approach and interaction with the local community made project successful. Group dynamism was experienced during the project.
Leadership and motivating group of people was enhanced during Survey undergone at the remote far western region of Nepal.
