| Why do I register? |
Registering in BMJobs is free. This will also help you gain better search results and avail all
the services of BMJobs. Registering will help you be noticed by the employers. Making sure that your CV is complete,
up-to date and contains all details you will be better selected by the employers. |

| How do I register? |
| On the left hand side of the home page you will find a login box that says Job seeker. If you
have already registered you can enter your email-address and the password that you had given earlier. But if you
are here for the first time, just click the Sign up link. This link will get you to the 'Sign up New Job seeker'
page. You will need to enter a valid email address and the password to register. Since, we would be generally contacting
you through emails it would be wise to have a correct address so that you can be informed. |

| What do I do after registration? |
| If you have just registered then as soon as you register you will first see the 'My
CV and Profile' page. Only after entering the details in the page you can proceed with any other pages. If you have
filled in the information asked in 'My CV and Profile' the next time you login in to 'BMJobs' you will see 'My Account'
page. |

| How do I create my CV? |
| If you have just registered, you will see a page 'My CV and profile', you will need
to complete the information here only then can you proceed ahead. You should frequently update your CV and profile
as employers can judge you through you CV and it needs to be very current. You should make sure that you have the
phone number and the email address correct so that the employers can reach you quickly. Make sure that your CV is
complete and contains proper detailed information, because only then can the employers have a clear idea about you. |

| How do I apply for any vacancy? |
| To apply for any job you can either search the job according to your matching criteria
or can select the most current job from the home page. After selecting the jobs in the list, you will see the full
description of the job. You can either apply for it or send it to your friend. To apply click the 'Online Apply for
the job' on the end of the page. This will get you to the new page that contains the list of the applications that
you have created. You can either select the application or write a new one in the box provided and apply for the
job. |

| How will I be informed if I have been selected? |
| There will be a call or an email, if you are selected, we would be calling you for an interview
at our office. So, make sure that the phone numbers and email address you provide are reachable. |

| Do I need to give accurate data? |
| Only giving accurate data will ensure a correct match, so make sure that you have the correct
and authenticate data. |

| What is matching jobs? |
| The 'My Account' page also contains the information about the jobs that fits your criteria. The
jobs currently posted by the employer and those that fits the industry sector that you selected while entering your
CV would be listed under this criteria. |

| How can matching jobs give me the best match? |
| To get the best match list automatically by the system make sure that your CV is
filled in correctly and is properly complete. Make sure that you make the best use of all the space provided to you.
And make sure that the section where you are asked to enter the industry sectors in which you have experience and/or
qualifications, you choose the right one. |

| What happens if I hide my profile? |
| If you hide your personal details the employers will not be able to view those information.

| How do I create my application to be submitted? |
| While you apply for the job, you can send an application. My BMJobs allows you to create applications
that you can use to send whenever you apply for the job. To create the application you can click the 'Online Application"
on the left hand side of your 'My Account' page. You will then see the 'Create New Application'' link. Click this
link to create the application. |

| No, you can only apply on-line through our site, for the job. |
