| Why do I register? |
Registering in BMJobs is free. This will also help you gain better
search results and avail all the services of BMJobs. Non-registered will be able to view only a list of three candidates
at the most. Registering will help you post the job, search through the database. This will also reduce your advertising
cost and minimise cost on scrutinising the applicants.  |

| How do I register? |
For registration you can click the sign-up option seen on the left
hand side of the home page with the heading Employer Login. After this you will receive a message click on continue
to continue. You need to then enter your company information, create username and password. Registration is free
for all. Your email address, company details can be optionally hidden, ensuring complete privacy. The administrator
may have chosen to verify all email addresses during registration, so make certain that you have entered a correct
email address. |

| Do I need to enter all my company information? |
Entering about all your company information will help you receive
better responses from the job seekers. The company information you give helps us to get the right person that would
be appropriate for the job. This information will also be available to the applicants when you post any job. |

| How do I post for new jobs? |
New jobs can be posted only after you have registered. For posting
the job, you will find "Job Status" link on the left hand side of your desktop, after you have signed up.
When you will click on the link you will find two options one of them is 'Post new Job', click on it. A form appears
you will need to fill in the necessary details, for the job.  |

| How can I select the candidates? |
To select the candidates you will either need to search through
our resume bank by clicking 'Search for employees' on the options on the top of your desktop or select the applicants
from the jobs posted by you. Then you will need to add these candidates to the 'Employee basket'. After the candidates
names appears you can request for the bio-data of the candidate, or the bio-data of only the selected candidates
or also to conduct the interview for the post. |

| How do I edit or remove the job I posted? |
After you have signed in to your account, you will find "Job
Status" link on the left hand side of your desktop. One of the options is 'Posted Job Status'. This link will
help you view the list of all the jobs you have posted. You can select the edit link to change the job and remove
link to remove the job. |

| How do I know the status of the job? |
After you have signed in, you will find "Job Status" link
on the left hand side of your desktop. Select the 'Posted Job Status' link to view the status of the job, the number
of applicants and the apply date. To view the details of the candidates you can select the number of applicants. |

| What is Employee basket? |
The employees that you have preferred either through the search
or through the applicants of the job posted would be maintained in this basket. You can select the job seekers and
add them to your basket or remove the ones that you don’t desire. |

| How do I know the job seekers who have applied
for the posted job? |
After you sign in, on the left hand side of your desktop you will
find the link that says 'Job Status'. After you click this you will get the link 'Posted job status'. You will get
details of the job you posted; you can edit or remove the job. Clicking on the link of the number of applicants posted,
you will get the details of the candidates who applied. The profile of all the applied candidates will be visible,
to see the details you will need to click 'See Details' link on each candidate's profile. |

| How do I get the full details of the candidates? |
You can only view the vital details of the candidates, to get the
full information about the candidates you will need to add the candidates in the basket, and then request for the
candidates details. We will be sending you the details of the candidates. |

| How do I avail the bio-data of selected
candidates? |
To avail the bio-data of the selected candidates, first you will
need to add the candidates into the employee basket, and then you can avail three services provided by BMJobs. The
services include availing the detailed bio-data of the candidates you selected, availing the bio-data of the candidates
we select relevant to the post and availing the right person directly through us, for which we would conduct the
interview. |

| Whom do I contact to arrange for interviews? |
The request you would be placing for the selected candidates will
automatically inform us, you will just need to place the right request. We will then contact you and provide you
with the right person for the job. |

| How do I seek advice? |
This FAQ has been designed to answer most of your queries but if

| How do I update my logo? |
To update your logo you will see on your desktop, 'Update or change
company logo'. Clicking this will allow you to change your logo. The image file needs to be a JPG file, with a file
size up to 15 KB.  |

| How do I update my company profile? |
To update the company profile click 'Update Company Information'
link that will be seen on 'My Account'. You will get a form that contains details that you can fill. These details
will be visible to the user while viewing the jobs you posted.  |

| Am I charged if I register? |
There is no charge on the registration. You can register free of
cost. You can post your jobs and check for the applicants who have applied. |

| Am I charged if I try
to seek the job seekers? |
The details of the job seekers visible to you would be only vital
information required to select the right candidate. To seek complete information you will have to add them to the
basket and request for the information of the employees selecting anyone of the recruitment procedures. |

| How will job seeker apply
for the post? |
Job seekers apply for the job by posting the application for the
job. Only registered candidates apply for the post. As the candidates apply for the post you will be able to see
the number of Applied Person through the 'Posted Job Status' link. On the left hand side of your desktop you will
find the 'Job Status' link and when you click this you will get two options.
The profile of all the applied candidates will be visible, to see the details you will need to click 'See Details'
link on each candidate's profile. |

| How will I be informed that you are processing
my request? |
We will be informing you of the progress after there has been a
request.  |

| What is requested employee? |
Requested employee is the place where all the information about
the past request will be kept. Whenever you add employees into the 'Employee Basket' you are allowed to send a request
to us, selecting the appropriate options. The request you made would be saved under this folder. |
