Mr. Sunil Gupta has been teaching F4 paper of ACCA, in the institute, since July 2008. He has completed Adv. LLM in International Taxation from Leiden University, Netherlands in 2005-06; Master’s Degree in Political Science from Tribhuvan University (Kathmandu) in 1997, Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Nepal Law Campus Tribhuvan University (Kathmandu) in 1994. He has also taken professional training program in Enterprise and Investment Lawyers Course conducted by International Development Law Organization (IDLO), Rome, Italy.

He has been practicing as an Attorney/Tax Counsel at various tiers of courts since 1994. His key job profile include counseling corporate clients; drafting agreements, legal opinions and documents; commercial arbitration; tax compliance; tax litigation and protection of client’s interests.

He is also a member of Nepal Bar Association.
