Mr. K. N. Modi is a qualified practicing Chartered Accountant from India. He passed his C.A in 1987. Since then he is engaged in his personal professional practice. He worked for rehabilitation of large public sector companies in India for about 5 years and successfully turnaround them. He has rich experience of banking sector as he has conducted various kinds of audits including central statutory for more than 400 bank branches in India.

Since 1992 he is practicing in Nepal. He had set-up a “Project division” at Chaudhary Group. In the course, he had conceived and assessed tens of industrial projects and few were successfully implemented on turn key basis. Since 1994 Sep. he is engaged in independent consultancy work for industrial & business project development & management, MIS & TPS development and implementation, Financial, Accounting & Tax Planning and training of manpower. He has got specialization in system evaluation, development & deliveries and Business valuations.

He is also the editor and publisher of a leading electronic business monthly magazine “BM” of Nepal. He is the financial & HR advisor to many business organizations in Nepal. He started the ACCA coaching in an organized way in the year 1998 at BMJOBS (earlier known as NPF). The performance of the institute encouraged number of students to join ACCA in Nepal. He has been successfully taking various papers of ACCA professional exams and mentoring students.
